The animal walk

The animal walk involves having your child walk like familiar animals (like a bear, frog, or giraffe); they are essential in occupational therapy, as they allow children to have fun while developing their gross motor skills. Gross motor development is crucial for many things, like sitting up properly and performing tasks that require precision and stability (such as writing, using scissors, tying your shoes, riding a bike, or doing up your jacket).
