It may be difficult to overcome your own fears and insecurities, but you must try. The process is the same for almost everyone I know: it feels like you have to keep getting out of your own way so that whatever wants to be written can use you to write it. #4 The secret to becoming a better writer is to focus on writing itself. You will not be able to become a better reader if you don't write better stories.
