I had just completed four years' active service in the Navy, and I looked at this as a chance to pursue my dream of being a dog trainer. I had been involved with Lassie since I was a kid, and when my father died, I decided to continue training dogs. #4 I have been training dogs privately since the end of my movie dog training years.
